Bane returns to the Mammoths!

PORTLAND – Bane (6’2”, 205) Jonathan Bane re-signs with the Maine Mammoths. During Bane’s first season with the Mammoths, he threw for a total of 2,689 yards, and 59 total offensive touchdowns.

Prior to the Mammoths, Bane played with the Bismarck Bucks of the CIF in 2017, where he played seven games.  His impressive resume also includes stints in the AFL with the Tampa Bay Storm, The IFL with Colorado Crush and the Bloomington Edge of the CIF Bane began his professional career with the Richmond Raiders (PIFL) where he earned PIFL Offensive Player of the Year as a Rookie.  

Jonathan Bane is a native of Temple, Texas and played college football from 2010-2013 at Dakota Wesleyan University where he set a school record for passing yards in a game, longest pass in a game for 99 yards and most passing yards in a season with 2,817. He also earned Honorable Mention All-GPAC accolades in 2012 and 2013. 

The Maine Mammoths are members of the National Arena League (NAL).
